Mtz Digital Group Inc. terms of service agreement

By purchasing services from Mtz Digital Group you acknowledge that you have read,

understood, and agreed to all terms and authorized payments necessary. The client represents

and warrants that client is 18 years of age or older, that client will provide true, accurate, current

and complete information in the enrollment for the service, and that the customer has all

requisite authority to bind to this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions,

you may not use services from Mtz Digital Group Inc.

Marketing services provided by Mtz Digital Group Inc. (MDG) a California Corporation, to you

(the Client) under the terms and conditions of this service agreement, which may be updated by

Mtz Digital Group at times.

Services:

- Google My Business listing: One time cost service includes a verified Google My Business

listing, live listing on Google Maps, and 2-3 months of SEO to make the listing better visible for up

to 5 keywords. First page business listing is not guaranteed for this service. Google My Business

listing will be visible under up to 5 keywords of clients choice. Any photo edits, address

changes,phone changes, review responses will be completed at additional cost after two months

of sign up. Google My Business listing can be handed over to business via request. Listing will

not be deleted by Mtz Digital Group Inc. unless requested from the business owner or removed

by Google.

- Website plan: Website plan is billed monthly. Includes a Verified Google My Business listing,

live listing on Google maps, secure five page company website, and unlimited edits to both

business listing and website. Google My Business listing and website will be visible under up to 5

keywords of clients choice. A one time domain fee will be applied during time of sign up. All

websites include SSL security, daily backups, and a 99.9% uptime guarantee.Logo design service

is included in this plan if needed.

- Google Adwords & Social Media Ads: Ads start at a minimum plan of $200. Ads will be

placed and charged for at the time, place and expense requested by the client. Ad plans can be

requested monthly or at a one time cost.

- Logo Design: Logo Design services include a digital logo for your company that will be given to

the client for their own use and once sent will no longer be property of Mtz Digital Group Inc.

Term and billing: All plans are no contract, and will be charged the day of sign up then on a

month to month basis on the same date of sign up. This does not apply to services of one time

costs.

Refunds: No refunds can be requested once Google My business listing code is requested

which occurs an hour after sign up. No refunds on Google Ads or Facebook Ads once ads go

live. If no work is completed on the timeline the client was notified of a refund can be requested.

Cancellation: All monthly, no contract plans will be charged automatically as scheduled unless

notified before the end of business day(4PM PT/7PM ET) prior to billing date. If a client

attempted contacting about cancellation but did not receive a response of any kind the client will

not be charged depending on the time either the call, message or email was sent. If payment is

delinquent and the client is still not able to be contacted five days after the scheduled billing

date then the account will be closed.

Termination: Termination(non refundable) of service will occur if a client begins to provide or

sell services that are prohibited by law in the state of CA, or the state in which their company is

registered. Termination from Google LLC. can occur at anytime without notice, in which the

client will be given a partial refund only if Google LLC. policy was not broken.

Content published: Client or business owner is responsible for assuring content provided to

Mtz Digital Group to publish online is legally allowed to be used by third parties. All online

content published is property of Mtz Digital Group Inc. unless requested by the client or

business.

Domains: No domains can be transferred.

Authority: The person submitting credit card information or subscribing to service hereby

certifies that he or she is either the client, or that he or she has been lawfully authorized to

submit the Agreement and authorize the placement of digital advertising on behalf of the

business owner.

This privacy policy created by Mtz Digital Group Inc. is effective as of January 13, 2023.

Information collected and received: All information or data provided by client and received by

Mtz Digital Group Inc. is never sold to any third parties. Any information provided excluding

payment information will be permanently deleted from our database 90 days after cancellation

or sooner if requested by the client. Debit/Credit card information is permanently deleted the

same business day after service cancellation or termination.

Use of information: All general business information provided by the client will be shared with

Google, Facebook, directories of choice and/or web hosting company to publish any listings,ad

or pages necessary to complete services. Client’s payment or card information is never shared

with any third parties. Ip address and cookies are collected when visiting the Mtz Digital Group

website but will not be put to use.

Security: Mtz Digital Group uses advanced, up to date technologies to protect all information

and ensure a secure environment for all clients. All security measures in place are monitored

daily.

Links: Mtz Digital Group may create and send secure links to other websites, and when clicked

on this privacy policy no longer applies to other sites
