Why do I need a website, I have plenty of work?
In today’s digital world it’s pretty much an essential for any startup. We understand that maybe you’ve been in business for years and word of mouth has worked out but thinking about things long term with new competition in your industry expanding, a website will give your experienced company more credibility to a newer demographic of customers.
Why are your prices lower than the other guys, do I get fewer services?
No, we feel we offer something more beneficial. Due to our business relationships/partnerships with big tech and no sales floor meaning no commission fees, our cost of operation is less than the competitors therefore we can offer our services at a lower cost.
Can you list me at #1 on Google?
No, the SEO(search engine optimization) we offer with our website plan gives you the highest ranking possible on google for your specific keywords only, a #1 rank for your listing on Google is never guaranteed year round. If a company has guaranteed you that they’re scamming you.
Why can’t I just pay a one time fee for a website?
For websites we only offer a plan that includes not just a website but also SEO,edits,and the maintenance it needs for it to be more beneficial. If you have someone in house that can manage it then contact us for options on just having it built for a one time cost.
I’ve been scammed before, why should I trust you?
Unfortunately this is a common thing to hear. Give us a call and we will try to do our best to show the most work possible before you pay or worse case scenario we ask for minimal payment up front to get started and the rest after you see the job is done. We can’t offer any free trials because just like you at the end of the day we also have costs and risks.
Isn’t Google My Business free? Why do I need to pay?
Yes it’s free to use and we don’t offer that. We only build your company a Google My Business listing for a one time cost.
Is there a contract when signing up?
No, all our plans are month to month.
I don’t want to give my credit card information through the phone?
That’s not an issue for us. We can send you a monthly invoice, two days before your billing date. No card on file necessary.
Do you have any discounts?
We don’t have coupon codes but if you sign up for an annual plan you can save a couple hundred. That exact cost varies on what services you need.
I already pay for Yelp and Homeadvisor, why do I need this?
Those are directories, a website makes your company come up organically on search engines instead of your company name just looking like an ad within another site. If those sites were as beneficial as they claim to be we would offer to list you there.
Do you offer Facebook Ads?
No, we discontinued that service due to negative feedback from clients.
Can you list me in different online directories?
No, we prefer not to because listing your business in those directories comes with you agreeing to be solicited by those specific companies and their partners. We’ll save you from those 3-10(we counted) unwanted calls a day and just not offer that at all. The low traffic on those sites/apps are not worth it.
Can you build me an E-Commerce website?
No, we don't build E-Commerce sites by choice. We recommend that instead you invest the time to learn how to use an easier and less cost effective way to build an online shop like Shopify.com (No,they do not pay us to say this).
Does this company offer their marketing services to adult industries?
Yes, we offer all our services except for logos to all legal adult establishments with a physical location. No online content based companies.”Why not logos?” Let's not get into it.
Why do I have to pay extra when signing up for a website plan?
The extra one time $70 at time of sign up covers the domain,stock photos and software costs used to build your top quality website.
Why do I have to pay a minimum amount for ads?
This is to create a successful ad campaign that will give you a good ROI(return on investment). We set this dollar minimum amount based on ad cost and past customer studies.
Can I freeze my account for a few months then sign up again?
Yes, but there will be a small cost to cover the expenses to keep it running.Note if you have a high ranking on Google for any keywords, you will not come back to see your company in the same spot.
How do I cancel my account?
Give us a call before your billing date,and no this is not to try to push you to stay. No cancelling by text or email due to us needing the authorized person to give approval.
Why does your company have a limit on clients?
We set a cap on how many clients we take in since it allows us to offer little to no phone wait times, faster problem solving and it keeps our developers stress free which results in better quality work. This cap only applies to clients signed up for our website plan.
Does my company have to be in the US to sign up?
No, we also do business in Canada and Australia.
